Description
Many torrent which is leeching/seeding began suddenly to complain about to many anouncments, after a while, transmission began to crash whole the time. it's svn revision r3158.

First it spits out this message whole the time:
FIXME: tr_peerMgrSetBlame
Then it crashes:

Can't duplicate, and user never resubmitted a crash log.
