Size calculations incorrect

Description

Calculations from bytes to KB or MB use decimal math when they should use hexadecimal.

Repro: Open any torrent where the number of bytes is known, view in Downloading tab, note MB (or KB) shown is incorrect.

Snow Leopard.

I don't think NSStringAdditions.m lines 51 and 52 are doing whatever was expected there. Removing the if in those lines works for me in debug.

On Snow Leopard it is base-2, on Leopard base-10. I'm not sure where you're getting hexadecimal from, but the behavior is consistent with the OS.

Forget I said "hex". You're right. I didn't realize SL changed reporting space to base-10. So now, Transmission agrees with Finder but disagrees with sizes reported by the sites. I get it. I don't like it, but I get it.
