Description
If the Inspector window is positioned in the "wrong" place (i.e. where I like to have it), it's in the way of the Preferences window. If the Inspector is usually open this is rather annoying.
Suggestions:
- Save the position of the Preferences window so both can be positioned where they don't interfere with each other.
- Hide the Inspector when the Prefs window is active. Technically, since no torrent is in focus in the download list, this is a logical thing to do anyway.

Plus, for consistency, Apple software (like Pages '08) does not hide the inspector when the preferences window is open.

The inspector is set at a different level then then inspector, and the prefs window is set to place in the center like all apps are supposed to. The inspector does not need to be shown too often, so having it be covered shouldn't be too big of a deal. Hiding the inspector when no torrent is selected isn't going to happen, since that behavior might get confusing.
