Disk space error does not take already reserved space into account

Description
The hard drive free space check performed when restarting a torrent does not consider the space already reserved for that torrent.
Steps to replicate:
Start off with 9 GB of HD free space, and start to download a 5 GB torrent (instantly creating a 5 GB file on disk). If you pause and restart the torrent, it will give the "Not enough remaining disk space to download" error. Yet, enough space for that torrent is already reserved on disk.
