Transfers queue limits unchangeable in Spanish translation

I found that in Spanish translation of the Mac client version, the Transfers queue limits are blocked so can't edit it. Screenshot attached.

Preferences - Transferes - Queue - All three options

En español:

En Preferencias - Tareas - Colas, no se puede editar ninguno de los 3 campos de limitación. Adjunto captura.
