Ability to add or remove webseed sources to or from a torrent

Some huge downloads are available as torrents and direct web links. For example, Open Office can be downloaded in two ways:
​http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/ (torrent)
​http://www.openoffice.org/ (direct link)

Same for Ubuntu:
​http://www.ubuntu.com/desktop/get-ubuntu/download (direct link)
​http://www.ubuntu.com/desktop/get-ubuntu/alternative-download#bt (torrent)

It would be really nice, if the page name "peers" will have a button named "add source".

Note that it is not a kind of ​web seeding, since the server known nothing about the torrent, but can send us some fragments of the file(s) being downloaded.

​Shareaza seems to have this ​feature implemented.

Actually, it is ​web seeding in GetRight way with ability to add a source.

This isn't going to make it in time for 2.20, but I agree it should be added at some point.

@livings124 This is a different idea. Here we want to add the seeds to a running torrent download if for example it is to slow. The other one wanted to add webseeds when he creates a torrent.

The ability to edit webseeds is important.
