The space made available to display a torrent's comment in the details window is small.

If there's room in the torrent details window, it would be good if this area were at least a few lines talls. Alternatively, keep the area one line tall initially, but if the user resizes the details window, grow the comment field.

Scrolling through a long comment while reading one line at a time isn't fun.
