svn/trunk Transmission.app fails to build with Xcode gui, but works from terminal ?!?

I'm uncertain if this is related to [ticket #4111], but I didn't notice this till i updated to the latest trunk.

What version of Transmission source, what version of Xcode? What error message? What OS?

Trasmission SVN r12171

Xcode Version 3.2.3

Mac OS X 10.6.6

I'm going to assume this is an issue from upgrading to Xcode 4, so unfortunately I'm going to have to bump the requirements.
