[Mac] GUI is unresponsive when I add a new torrent

Description
I've noticed that when I add a big torrent, or many together, into Transmission, the GUI becomes unresponsive for a few minutes. I imagine that this is due to the Mac's file system. Instead of the GUI to always become unresponsive, I would very much like it if a progress bar were implemented just for occasions like this.
