Description
Proxy settings in network tab calls a command 'gnome-network-properties'. This is absent in GNOME 3. It should call the GNOME 3 equivalent instead (I am not sure what that is but I will try to find out). I am the maintainer of Transmission in Fedora and Fedora 15 will be released with GNOME 3 by default. A fix would be nice.

Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.
The equivalent is "gnome-control-center network".
Also if it is using the old application, it means it will try to search for the proxy settings in the old place (gconftool).
I did not study the code, but if they followed the example in libpurple or something I have two patches and some info here:

On the right way to use Network Proxy in Gnome3
P.S. I have attached a patch for this issue, which is compatible with Gnome2/Gnome3.
