Extend tooltip support to disabled files in Inspector->Files

Description
The full name of files are severely truncated in a minimally sized Inspector window. This makes it impossible to view full file names for possible selection without resizing the window each time.
It would thus be very helpful if the full name of disabled files could be viewed with tooltips.
