Transmission don't remember download directory

Description
when you click a torrent for a first time, Transmission will ask where to save file if you choose the option: "Always prompt for download directory". But if you end transmission and reopen it, it don't remember the directory and save the torrent opened before in its default directory (/home/yourname),rather than where you specified.
