Description
This is purely cosmetic, but if I disable UTP support before compiling, transmission-daemon and transmission-remote still show options for enabling/disabling UTP at runtime.
The patch hides the options when UTP support is disabled.

...but then the manpage and the applications won't match, either.
I see your point and (as always) appreciate the patch... but IMO this is a minor problem which can't be solved by this patch, and probably isn't worth solving.
