I just upgraded to 2.31 (12441). Now I'm getting the Port is Closed red dot. Everything has been working fine up until now. I'm running OSX 10.5.8 and Firefox 4.0.1. Here's my Debug log:

Nothing has changed regarding port forwarding. This type of issue is better suited for the forums.
