'Show Transfers' missing Seeding category

Description

in the new popup from clicking 'Show Transfers' , a major filter category Seeding seems to be missing as an option.

also, the presentation of speeds in the Transfer bar are not consistent with the torrents, which always give Down first, followed by Up. the summary in the transfer bar reverses the order for some reason.
