GTK client appears with menus opened when restoring from the tray icon on KDE

Description
When you enable the tray icon, then click the close button, then double click the tray icon to restore it, it appears with both "Show:" menus opened, as in the screenshot.

I built from svn 2.75+ (13754) and installed to a Fedora 17 box running KDE 4.9.4-5. The double-menu behavior described above does not manifest here. Only the client window is restored, without any menus. Note, on this box it requires only *one* click, not a double-click, to restore the client window from the notification area icon.
This is all true for both transmission-gtk and transmissionk-qt.
