#4575 closed Bug (fixed)

Bug when filtering a transfer with its file table selected

Reported by: Waldorf Owned by: livings124
Priority: Normal Milestone: 2.42
Component: Mac Client Version: 2.41
Severity: Normal Keywords:
Cc:

Description

Starting a paused transfer while the focus was inside the file-selection tab of the inspector causes the inspector to get stuck.

By stuck I mean:

  • the inspector no longer updates when selecting other torrents
  • toggling by double-clicking does nothing
  • after closing the inspector, it won't open again
  • the main GUI starts to show drawing issues

I can't replicate this. Were you doing anything in particular in the inspector? What Mac OS are you using? How did you attempt to start the transfer?

  • You need to be messing about with the files selection, turning a few files on/off changing priority.
  • Inspector must be open
  • You must be in the Paused tab. so it'll disappear when you resume it. (it seems I forgot this part)
  • both the resume button in the torrent-row as in the toolbar cause it.

I can easily replicate it, every time. On Lion 10.7.2, T v2.41 (12953)

Waldorf: You say you tried an older version and it works "Tried r12946, seems fixed :)". What happens when you use r12993 or r12994?

Replying to x190:
Meh. The mac client doesn't correctly update the version without a clean build. I tried r12994 or newer.
