#4791 closed Bug (fixed)

Should catch SIGTERM instead of SIGKILL

Reported by: costela Owned by: jordan
Priority: Normal Milestone: 2.51
Component: GTK+ Client Version: 2.50
Severity: Normal Keywords: sigkill sigterm
Cc:

Description

Transmission gtk tries to catch SIGKILL, which can't be caught. Instead, it should catch SIGTERM. The effect is that a killed transmission will lose some of it's state and redownload some data. This issue has probably existed since [9390].

The small attached patch by Matt Krai was originally submitted on this debian bug (http://bugs.debian.org/651365) and should fix the issue.

Cheers
