Description
Currently you can set custom seed limits for individual torrents, bypassing the global settings. This is useful when the user is an initial seed of a torrent or if he wants to raise his ratios on private trackers, but the limits must be set for each additional torrent as they are added.
It would be useful to have groups set their own default seed limits just as they currently can have their own download locations, allowing for an even more automated experience for the user.
