"Remove with data" doesn't remove data

Description
When I select "Remove with data" in WebUI, it deletes the torrent but it doesn't delete the data.
This worked well in Transmission 2.50.
I think it's an error of RPC interface because "transmission-remote-gtk" (http://code.google.com/p/transmission-remote-gtk/) fails too.

It works fine for me.
Tested both Linux (2.51 has been working fine since installed) and Windows (daemon under Cygwin).
