Description
Preference window is broken on SL 10.6.8 in recent builds. Tested with r13350. Just displays a window with normal width and title bar but only about 1 inch in depth and blank and no tabs.

Also, Message Window, while drawn normally has no entries.
Fresh plist files are no help.

Testing with 2.52 release. Stats window while displaying normally, does not create a stats.json even with a clean Application Support folder.
Prefs and Message windows okay with this build. Will try r13352.

It appears to correct the problem with Prefs and Messages and Creator window is okay too.
