Maybe desaturate the bar by ~20%? This way you'll get a semi grayed out bar...

But if a torrent is paused, isn't stalled just similar? I think there are enough versions of the progress bar without adding this one. Stalled is pretty much just there for the queue, and sorting by activity should cover this.
