Description
Some trackers add an url to the forum's theme where torrent is described. I want some hotkey or button for copying torrent's comment to buffer.

I doubt that this feature would be used by enough people to warrant a new hotkey for it.
You can copy a comment's URL into your buffer by selecting the comment text in the inspector and then using the context menu to Copy, or by pressing ctrl+c
