Description
I'm not sure if this is an option already (if it is I can't find it). It'd be nice to have an option to make the web ui read only. For instance I could view properties on a torrent but not stop/remove/delete it.

This doesn't seem to be something most people would use. Makes more sense for a third-party to make this.
