Check your outbound firewall. SVN:// port is not the same as HTTP:// port.

What port is used for svn?
Wed Dec 19 2012 02:49:31.885 MST -Allw- local:0 -> 91.121.60.42:3690 tcp4 'svn'

- Resolution set to invalid
- Status changed from new to closed
Router firewall blocked outbound port 3690. Thanks for the help.
Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.
I haven't had any issues either checking out or committing to SVN.
Have you tried on a different computer/ISP?
