Description

Support for iCloud preference syncing... So that port settings, seed and bandwidth settings, etc... can be synced across locations and Macs.

(May have to be "Mac AppStore?" compatible (IE: support sandboxing).

All the settings you listed would likely be different for different computer and network setups. Syncing these settings would be not be advantageous.
