See the attached torrent file. On linux the folder "multilevel/a" opened instead of "multilevel"

Changing from 2.75+ to 2.75. The transmission team uses the '+' notation for new bugs introduced after the latest release.
If this bug was introduced in-between releases, should this ticket really be on the 2.80 milestone?
