Filter bar on iOS is too short

Description

Prior to r13756, the filter bar was slightly taller. Now it cuts off the bottom of the two drop-down menus.

How did the previous height look -- was it a good fit?

I shortened it because it looks a little too tall on Android, but it wasn't so tall that it couldn't be reverted.

The previous height looked fine.

Current trunk cuts off the last few pixels.
