Cleanup of the command line parsing code in cli. Now I know what ':' stands for in optstring ;-). Updated man page too. Added -o to usage.

Hi, and thank you. This patch seems to work, in a way, for the command line client. To make it work, I cannot just type at the prompt transmission-cli --version , for the program exits without printing the version. I must also give, for instance, a path to a torrent file on the command line: transmission-cli --version "~/sometorrentIhave.torrent" , it then prints the version and properly exits.
