Shutdown takes too long

Transmission stalls everytime when exiting and must be forced to quit. Also, UPnP no longer maps the same port that it did in version 0.94. I am using transmission on a Powerbook G4 1.67Ghz with OS X 10.4.11 I can provide further information if needed.

Is anything in console or a crash log? How long do you let it wait until force quit?

The console and crash log don't report anything. Activity monitor highlights transmission in red and adds "(Not Responding)" to the process. I have waited about 2 minutes for transmission to close but it just stays as "Not Responding".

Not sure if it's related, but 0.95 sits in my dock for 30 seconds while quitting (intel iMac). 0.94 quits almost immediately, and the nightly builds do the same (although the port mapping is fixed in the nightlies so I don't think this is necessarily related to Ticket #530).

UPnP should be working in .96. Open a separate ticket if it stops working.

Replying to luminous:

Transmission stalls everytime when exiting and must be forced to quit. Also, UPnP no longer maps the same port that it did in version 0.94. I am using transmission on a Powerbook G4 1.67Ghz with OS X 10.4.11 I can provide further information if needed.

Edit: I have upgraded to Leopard 10.5.1 and Transmission version 0.96. The UPnP is working properly again (thanks), but Transmission still stalls when exiting and sometimes even crashes on exit. I have a crash.log if you guys need it.
