Raise the stop seeding if idle time limit

In the web client, the parameter to stop seeding inactive torrents automatically is limited to max 20864 minutes it seems (any higher value reverts back to this number). It would be interesting to let this value go a little higher. I'd be happy to set it to a month or two (86400 minutes).

Furthermore, in #4790 I had reported a similar issue with the Mac Client. The limit has been raised in the Mac Client, but this one is still present in the Web Client. Which is somehow incoherent.
