Description
Configuration: Xubuntu 13.04, 64bit. Latest SVN version to the date.
I found the following anomaly, at least in GTK+ client.
Peers are being marked with "u" status aka "we would upload to them if they asked" when peer is actively downloads from us. Sample screenshot will be attached.
While it quite insignificant cosmetic bug on it's own, this could also indicate that Transmission treats peer states incorrectly. If it's a case, it could affect fair peers selection for upload, etc. Please check if it's a case.
