./configure fails from svn - po/Makefile.in.in not found

Description

When trying to configure Transmission from a svn checkout, I get the following error message when running configure: config.status: error: cannot find input file: `po/Makefile.in.in'

Also, the menu which tells me which options have been enalbled or disabled does not appear anymore.

Perhaps this should be mentioned somewhere in the README or the autogen script should be adapted.

Edit://Running intltoolize results in ERROR: 'IT_PROG_INTLTOOL' must appear in configure.ac for intltool to work.
