cache errors keeping a torrent from starting

Description
T (trunk) gives an error about not finding the torrents cache, though it is there, and thus does not update the tracker (N/A value). This results in a stalled download. what i find that works is: Quit T (trunk) and open a 0.9x, Quit just when all the torrents are loaded, and start the trunk build again.
Note: i haven't had this in a while, now with v4243 it is back. The tracker software is an Opentracker.
