No help pages available in 2.8x GTK client

In the GTK client, Help -> Contents spawns a web browser, but the URI

​http://www.transmissionbt.com/help/gtk/2.8x/

only returns a 404 error page. This is confusing to users. If the .../2.7x documentation pages are deemed too outdated to be useful, the "Contents" item should be removed or disabled.

(As an example, I have attached a patch that permanently grays out the item.)

I've symlinked the 2.8x webpages to the same content that 2.7x points to.

This documentation is insanely old now, but I suppose it's marginally better than no Help button at all. :/
