Add Move Data to the context menu of transfers

Description

The Move Data command should be available from the context menu in the transfers. Right now it's in a place most people don't ever use (the File menu) since everything else is pretty much available from the rest of the interface.

The context menu is for more frequently-accessed options. Moving data most likely won't be used too often.
