Description
It's becoming increasingly popular for ISPs to allow unlimited downloading/uploading between certain off-peak hours. It would be great to be able to set torrents (on a per-torrent basis as opposed to all torrents) to download between those hours.

There's already speed limit settings, which accomplish the same goal.
