download-dir setting is sometimes ignored at RPC-function torrent-add

Description
I only add torrents via the RPC-function torrent-add. It can be normal torrent files or magnet URLs. I always set a different download dir. This different download dir must be created by Transmission. Most of the time it works great. But sometimes I have the problem that this setting is ignored and the torrents are saved in the default download directory. It's possible that this is the case when there is not enough free space but maybe there is another reason. Please try to fix this problem. It's very annoying for me :(
