BitTorrent protocol handshake UDP packet is truncated sometimes

Description
When using Wireshark's filtering, those packets are sometimes truncated by 7 or 13 bytes (the PeerID is partially truncated) while sometimes they are sent in full. Incoming packets are never truncated.
I have not tested TCP packets nor other BitTorrent? packets.

Also, I meant 14 byte truncation not 13.
