GTK: opening torrent properties dialog stops data flow.

Description
When I double click a torrent being downloading (properties dialog pops out), the "Downloading speed" metric gradually goes down for several seconds, until reaches zero.
Looks like just opening the properties dialog affects data flow.
Linux Mint 17 Cinnamon (Gnome 3).
