Description
My preferences are set to download only one torrent at a time. But when the running torrent gets no seeds or no data receive for other reasons, Transmission starts to try and run other torrent alongside the already running torrent.
I like a feature, to tell transmission: " Hey this (or these) torrents are very very important to me, only and only try to download them without ever trying to download others, no matter what, even if the important torrents don't receive data for a week! do not start any other torrent until the important ones are finished. and later once they are finished, start the other torrents."

You can uncheck "Transfer is stalled when inactive for:" in Transmission->Preferences->Transfers->Management. Does that solve your problem?
