v2.84 (14306), El Capitan - not reproducible.

I can reproduce this on my El Capitan system.

FWIW, this is a 2011 15in MBP. Screen is set to 1680x1050.

​also was available via custom configuration with a "high-resolution glossy" 1680x1050 display and a "high-resolution antiglare" 1680x1050 display

Does 1440x900 work?

I can reproduce this on Yosemite (10.10.5, Transmission Version 2.84 13" MBP Retina, native resolution)
