Hi, 1st Issue: I posted this issue on your google code website please advise ​https://code.google.com/p/transmisson-remote-gui/issues/detail?id=845

2nd Issue: I am now unable to connect to server using Transmission GUI Below are the details with screenshot attached of the error

Gui Version 5.0.1 OS: Debian Server

Try using their support site for issues related to their software.

This actually looks related to #5352 (+ additional fix in #5735). Linked Google Code issue mentions that you're using daemon v2.52 and also correctly suggests to try more recent version.
