trasmission pickup wrong external ip

Description

My router has 2 ip on external interface. One external IP is default route it is not public ip, second, which I use to accept connection from Internet is only for incomming traffic.

My ------> [Router IP1] -------> Nat Internet   -------> internet
           [Router IP2] -------> Internet

Transmission correctly create UPNP port mapping and able to accept connections when I manually telnet IP2 64999 and it works. But it transmission 'check my ip' light box does not work

I assume transsmision do not translate my real external IP (it is not on default route!) or do it incorrectly.

RFC 6970 shows you have to ask about which external IP to use using GetExternalIPAddress call from UPNP router.

It seems like transmission get External ip from pinging internet or using some extenal sites to get this data and on Network tab, which is incorrect (or at least should be second option). Peer listening port shows 'Port closed' all the time. But port actually open and accept connections.
