Saving torrents underneath hidden (dot-prefixed) directories

Description
Transmission is unable to save torrents within hidden (dot-prefixed) directories.
For example, I have a directory at ~/Downloads/.sensitive/ where I would like to save any torrents of sensitive information. Since Transmission cannot even see this directory, I cannot save torrents within it.

There are ways to show "hidden" files and directories in file/directory selection dialogs depending on your system/DE, or even type them in manually. The issue has nothing to do with Transmission.
