Default list of trackers

I want to add a default set of trackers in the Transmission settings, so these will be added to all new torrents (and magnet links?). Sometimes all mentioned in the torrent file or the magnet link are dead but there are some open trackers (like openbittorrent or publicbt) which often have peers for the respectible files. This would enhance the default connectivity of torrents.
