Description
Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.3, Transmission 2.83
Transmission (I think Sort by Activity) appears to create a giant memory leak. I left about 120 small (~5-10 MB) torrents going overnight with sort by activity active. By morning, Transmission had used 51GB of memory and had caused the system to pause all of my apps to prevent a full system lockup (a feature I didn't even know about, good job apple).
If I leave it in sort by activity mode I can watch the memory usage go up and up and when I turn it off, I see it drop back to a reasonable level.
