Magnet Torrents Disappear

Description

Is there some sort of undocumented time-out for magnet torrents. If I am adding a bunch of torrents (more than my active limits), the magnet torrents sit there and acquire number of seeds and leeches, but do not acquire torrent name or file info. If it sits in this state for too long, it just vanishes.

I would expect it to acquire all possible info and then wait in a paused state until an active slot becomes available.
