#600 closed Bug (worksforme)

OSX interface incorrectly reports failure for 'addfile-detailed'

Reported by: bgilmore Owned by: SoftwareElves
Priority: Normal Milestone: None Set
Component: Mac Client Version: 1.00
Severity: Normal Keywords:

When issuing an 'addfile-detailed' IPC command to the OSX interface, a 'failed' message is returned even when the operation succeeded.

>>> l16:addfile-detailedd9:autostarti1e9:directory9:/tmp/test4:file17:/tmp/test.torrentei1ee
<<< l6:failed0:i1ee

In this test I specied: file, directory, and autostart. The specified torrent immediately became active in the UI and began downloading despite the fact that 'failed' was returned. I repeated this test multiple times.

I no longer receive 'failed' messages as of 1.01. I'm still seeing some weird behavior via IPC, but this ticket appears to be resolved.
