Say which condition triggered seeding complete notificiaiton

In the notification for seeding complete it would be handy to say which condition triggered the seeding complete event.

For example, say 

Seeding Complete
mytorrent hit the target ratio.

or 

Seeding Complete
mytorrent hit inactivity threshold.

If brevity is a concern, then perhaps something like 

Seeding Complete (ratio)
mytorrent

or 

Seeding Complete (inactivity)
mytorrent

Another possible format would be to set the reason to the subtitle of the notice (on OS X).
